Reduce unnecessary ingredients, and wash your fabric using the hottest water. Buy dust protection for mattresses, box springs, and sofas. Also buy dustproof pillows that can be used on your pillow

There are so many things that can trigger asthma, such as infections, viruses, and diseases that affect your lungs. For example cold air, respiratory infections, pneumonia, and flu. Sinus infections and increased acid can also cause asthma to recur.

A strong-scented perfume and smell can stimulate your respiratory tract. Stress, anxiety, and other strong emotions can also be triggers for irregular breathing. Food allergies can also cause allergic attacks, especially if you experience an anaphylactic reaction to allergens contained in food.
