Gum Abscess

An abscess is a lump that can form in various areas of the body, including the gums. These lumps contain pus and can cause pain. If not treated immediately, an abscess in the gums can cause serious complications.

• Use warm salt water to rinse (put salt in warm water and let it sit for a while in the sore mouth) after every meal to clean the area.
